So, I’ve done sooooo many FB programs and was feeling really stuck with what to do when I finish my current one (I’ve put them in the calendar and then changed my mind and taken them out again a million times)….then it dawned on me….maybe I should freestyle it for a bit and pick my own.
So, you lovely lot….hit me with your all time favourite FB workouts - upper, lower and abs - preferably strength training but don’t mind a bit of hiit thrown in and not a fan of total body.
Any inspiration would be fab. Or do you know some hidden gems that don’t pop up on programs?!?!! Would love to see what you guys come up with.
