Which Program is best for a somewhat newbie?

Hey FBfam - I started regularly working out with FB about 6 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it so far (down a few pounds too!), I have mainly been doing level 3 workouts and can barely make it through the HIIT cardio and abs routine (still have problems with jump squats and side planks), anyways wondering which program I should try first? I don't really like workouts that go past 40 min yet and am only comfortable with 5lb weights so far in strength training. THNX!
