Hi guys! I just wondered about taking complete rests throughout the year? I’ve not had a rest between programmes and other stuff since January, apart from the occasional 2 or 3 days! I’m really feeling like I need a complete rest, apart from walking and stretching, when I finish FB complete in 2 weeks, so I’m going to listen to my body! I Just wondering if anyone took any prolonged rests, and how often and for how long to give me idea.
