FB Fit R3 - Day 9 Complete!

Got sidetracked and almost forgot to post this. ;)

Today's UB supersets strength workout with Kelli was a very interesting one. It was from sometime between the early years back when we first started following FB in 2011 with the Daniel voice-over videos and the newest style with previews of each upcoming exercise on the fly.

Due to a time crunch, skipping the extra explanations between exercises was necessary, and it ended up feeling more like the newer, faster-paced style of editing, which worked well today.

Some of the exercises are unique compared to the UB workouts in the FB programs we've completed so far (30 trial, 30 R4 (partial), Strong, Low Impact R2, Blend, Complete) - seems like an effective blend of traditional and functional strength. This was quite fun to do and felt a little more challenging than traditional UB strength training - it's going on the favorites list for a future repeat for sure! :)

Didn't have time for the EC today, but since those muscle groups were already worked well in the main workout, skipping it feels fine.
