So, in a 2 weeks I'm going to get a tattoo.

Now I've read you need to at least wait a week before trying to work-out.

I am busy with FB30 program and at that point I have 2 weeks left. Would it be a good idea to just rest for a week and then take those weeks up? Or should I restart that or another program?

I'm not sure of placement (arm/upperleg) but any tips or stuff I need to avoid while healing? Should I wait longer than a week? Is there some easy workout I could still do during the restweek?
