Hurt and discouraged

On Wednesday of this week I was completing day 10 of the FB Strong program and I hurt my back quite badly!! I have not been able to hardly move since Wednesday. Went to the doctor yesterday and was told I pinched a nerve in my lower back. Super bummed and discouraged and I feel like such a bum not being able to do ANYTHING at all. I have still been getting up at 4:20 in the morning to keep my routine of exercising before beginning my day and have been doing some very very low key yoga stretches. After going from doing an intense workout in the morning to that I really mostly feel guilty and discouraged that I cannot do my normal workout!!
