My 5 week before and after


Hi everyone, I don't know if anyone will see this but my name is Sophie I'm 27 from Australia and started watching/doing fitness blender workouts five weeks ago, have had a massive change in my body! The last time I weighed myself I had lost 12.5kilos, I will not check again until end of December, I'm not bothered by numbers more visuals and workout stamina. I've been lazy and had become over weight and so unhealthy. I just did my first 1000 calorie workout and didn't stop! I feel great! Thought I'd share my five week results with a picture!
