I purchased fb blend ages ago but have never given it ago since I’m worried it’ll contain a lot of total body/Pilates which I do not enjoy. Maybe I’m being too “judgey by the front cover” but I just assume it’s not that challenging either because not many people talk about it on here....
Anyways I’d love to hear your thoughts on the program (did you/did you not enjoy it and why)

- an opportunity to build mass
- more ab definition
- muscle soreness (advanced workouts) 4/5 5/5
