What’s next after FB Reach?

My back tweaked and I started the 30 day Reach program. I’m almost done with it and wondered what might be appropriate to start next. I think I’m looking for more floor work than standing and a mostly no equipment workout. My back feels a lot better and I want to continue the momentum slowly.

Has anyone tried something that sounds like what I’m looking for.
