Best HIIT/Cardio program?

Hi - which of Fitness Blender’s programs would be the best if I want to focus more on HIIT and cardio?

I’ve been working out with FB for 1 year and 8 months and have done 11 of their programs and have just started my 12th (FB Strong).

However, my body is stubborn (I have an endomorph bodytype) and doesn’t lose fat easily, so I thought about trying to focus more on HIIT and cardio for a month or so just to see how my body reacts.

I was thinking about doing 3 days a week of HIIT/cardio and 2 days of strength training. I’m just having a bit of trouble finding a suitable program. There is FB Sweat and Burn. But I prefer to work out for 30 minutes, so maybe FB Sweat is the right one or perhaps the FB 30 programs? 🤔 Decisions, decisions…

Do you guys have any suggestions?
