Thoughts on fb abs 2 week challenge?

My core has been neglected and it’s become obvious 😂. My upper/lower body has definitely had the most love! Personally, I found the 4 week abs program way too long despite it having 5 workout days I felt I wasn’t able to push myself in things I enjoy like upper-body mass training. But was thinking 2 weeks would be perfect.

Any reviews on the program? Did anyone see progress/results from just the two weeks?
