Hey everyone! I just purchased FB Burn Round 1 today! This will be my first time using one of their programs and I guess I'm a little worried about it not being enough to meet my goals. I love strength training, have been using their videos independently, and I am trying to incorporate more cardio into my routines. As for my body goes, I am looking to burn body fat and to increase my endurance. Has anyone used this program before? What are your thoughts about it and do you have any suggestions/opinions on any of their other of their programs?
