FB plus 5 day total body challenge

I joined FB plus about a month ago and absolutely love it! The “challenges” are perfect to add to the calendar without being overwhelmed.

Yesterday I completed the 5 day total body challenge. I will definitely do this one again! Workouts were about 40 minutes, strength training focused with perfect amounts of HIIT and Pilates blended in.

Every video is K&D together and they seemed to be having a lot of fun. I definitely alternate a lot between the lower and higher impact options so it’s helpful to see these options throughout.

I did Sunday /Monday/off/Wednesday/off/Friday/Saturday
