After a year of working out and strength training, HIIT, changing my body getting stronger I've been told by my doctor to lay off strenuous exercise for the next four months to see if has any effect on my heart size. ( basically I have some cardiac abnormalities and we're trying to find out why)
I'm planning on doing some yoga every day with walking.
I need to avoid low impact exercises that will raise my HR.
Any recommendations for program that are more Pilates based? or your favorite videos?

Its a mental battle right now. I fell in love with fitness and now I need to tone it down in a different way.
