Finished week 3 of Sweat today. It’s my third round and it LIVES UP to its name! I have loved it!

So my work is now providing some monetary help towards gym memberships/programs. I already have a year membership to FB Plus, but I can get programs!

I have really enjoyed Sweat, and I have done FB30 rounds 1 and 4 MANY times!

I think maybe I’d like something more similar to Sweat? I love the EC amount, and I love HIIT and strength.

I *think* I want an 8 week program? Idk. I’d love to hear what may fit the bill here? Maybe FB30 round 2 or 3? Do those have a lot of EC’s?
