I'm 28 years old in a healthy weight range. I enjoy and can accomplish the 4 week low impact 2 program, I've done it about 5 times now.
I really want to get into shape for my upcoming backcountry camping trip I have planned this year, last year it really kicked my butt and mentality. So I want to try more programs that aren't low impact. I'm really struggling to transition to other non low impact programs. I have the bodyweight 1 program, I tried it twice and just can't get through it. The videos are long and so hard, I'm so sore afterwards.
Any tips on transiting from low impact or recommend next programs?
