Comparing programs- which one should I do?

Hey guys, I'm currently on week two of FB30 but I really want to mix in something else, and also something for when I finish. Is there one that you think would compliment FB30? My goals are primarily fat loss and fitness maintenance.

I also want to get a more defined and muscular lower body so I was considering FB Booty, but I was wondering how many strength training workouts are there per week? I have scoliosis so I'm not supposed to do too much weightlifting, or go very heavy. Is the program still effective if I do the workouts body weight?

My current fitness level is 4/5, and gradually progressing to 5/5, but because I want to sustain it in the long run, I'd rather keep it a 4/5 and not go too hard core. What do you guys think? Thanks!
