FB Blend Complete!

After months of irregular workouts, I finally got back to the grind and completed this beast of a program! I ended up doing a few ECCs, not all but they were definitely challenging.

Changes in the body: With dumbbell options of 8, 12 and 16 pounds, I definitely have started seeing some shape in my quads and arms.

Nutrition: Well, we all strive to eat healthy always, but with this one I would give myself a 3.5/5. I mostly ate healthy but had a few 'treat' days.

Favorite workout: There were so many good ones but the Dynamic Kettlebell workout with Daniel on the last day was the perfect way to end it and it definitely felt amazing to get to the Workout Complete screen! (already added to my favorites)

I'm scheduled to do FB Burn R2 for May so really pumped for it!
