Pulled muscles

I've been working out with FB for about 4 years now and I have been lucky to be injury free. Apart from DOMS, I've not experienced any pain.

However, in the past couple of weeks ago have pulled muscles in my shoulders twice and it's been very painful.

I'm wondering why this is suddenly happening with more frequency when I haven't changed anything... Any thoughts?

Perhaps I need a rest week... Apart from my 2 rest days each week, I haven't taken a break in about a year. Could this be possible?

Any insights would be appreciated 😊
