Sorry Daniel but I just can't with you today

Yeah, not today. I got about 10 minutes in and my muscles were just still too sore to cooperate- the jumping lunges were the final straw. >:[

This was still tough, but doable, and the important thing is I got some movement in today. Hope you guys are having a good week, it's almost Friday!

*EDIT To Warn Those Who Want To Try The First Video*- For the last group, Daniel forgets to add in the star jumps and ends up doing them 3x each twice instead of 2x 3 rounds. Don’t be like Daniel.
