1st workout with my Bowflex weights- complete!

so i did this workout:

as the moves are repeated 3 times and Kelli moves a bit slower than what I normally do- ha! i did not increase the weight at all just want to spend today, tomoro and saturday getting used to them!

whats currently getting me is the dials at either end turn opposite ways 🤯 and.. even when theyre not on the same weight they still come out ?! - for offset training?! but why?

and i can see how id have trouble with some moves they are a bit longer than my hand weights but.. its all in what you get used too!

part of me wishes i had gotten the stand i didnt think that far ahead - but that says 2 weeks order time now so. we'll see!
