Hello FB community, I’m new, I was searching for hiit or circuit training workout and I found FB, I just started 2 days ago to try FB and so far I like it, I use the free workout version or YouTube for now.
I have couple of questions, hope to clear my doubt.
- I’m a bit confused how to start or which workout to do, do I just filter and pick them randomly? Where should I start and continue the progress?
- How many times I should do FB workout? My goal is to lose weight and get fit, I’m planning to mix it with bodyweight workout
- Any advice for a newcomer to do FB workout, diet, lose weight, do consistently etc? I’m following intermittent fasting btw
