FB Burn complete! 🥳

Hey all!

I just came to brag a little, I completed FB Burn today! First program to do after I recovered from illness, so Im happy I got back to intense workouts. 💪

This program was very good to me, I liked the HIIT 2x per week, sometimes 3x with the EC. I got to do the program with my new PowerBlock 24s weights, pushed my limits on some of the exercises but still being careful not to overdo it with increasing the weight. The program intensity is pretty consistent I think, unlike some cardio focused programs like Bodyweight or Fit, which were gradually becoming harder. Overall FB Burn is a great program with prevalence of strength training but still with a good amount of HIIT.

So whats next? I will take the remaining days of April as rest, maybe do some low impact cardio/stretching and recover a bit, and then who knows, maybe I will start the new upcoming Fit program or dive into one of the challenges. So many options I cant even choose for sure! 😂
