FB, bikeride, walk, active day off

April 27th is Kingsday in the Netherlands. Pre-covid we had lots of activities on that day, but this year: nothing. We did have the day off though. I started my day with this workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/at-home-cardio-workout-for-people-who-get-bored-easily-fun-bodyweight-cardio and added the new stretching routine as a cool down. In the afternoon my son and I biked to see my sister in law and her family. He hung out with my nephew while SIL and I went for a walk. The picture of the branches I took from up in a tree (well, sort of up.. maybe little under halfway). My SIL normally goes bouldering with us, but due to covid we haven't been in a while. Then we saw this great climbing tree and decided to climb a little.. Two 40 something year olds in a tree :) And then of course we had to bike back home. 50 minutes of FB workout, 90 minutes of walking and two 30 minute bikerides. I had icecream for dessert 😉
