Strong is on hold for me

Welp I've utterly mangled my Achilles tendon and need to baby it a bit. So yesterday I did Pilates and wow that whooped my butt!

I'm not sure what I'll do for upper body, but Pilates is definitely going to be my go to until I can do a standing leg day.

It's so nice to have options!!
