Workout recommendations for someone who's resting their knee

I posted a few days ago about my aching knee joint, so I'm trying to take this week off from squats and heavy lunges, basically things that pressure it. If you guys could recommend me some workouts that can make me sweat and really feel like I'm not skipping a day, I'd be very grateful. Also is doing 5 days of upper body good? or is it too much pressure on the muscles?
