Off day #workoutcomplete

Oh, this morning I felt unable to do my scheduled cardio kickboxing routine. It is tagged ❤ so it wasn't that I dislike it. My body just said NO!! So, I listened and did these instead:

Low impact, and very slow, but I kept moving..

How do you maintain momentum??

It is the couch, a book, a warm milk and a hot cherrypit pillow in bed to nurse my aching belly for now. Tomorrow will be better, day 1 is always a b**...
