Since lockdown (UK) I have gained well over a stone, I started to get very anxious and down and then my workouts got less and less until I hadn't worked out consistently in months.

Last night I upped my Romanian Deadlift weight from 13.5 kg per hand to 18kg (39.6lbs) per hand for 10 reps x 2!
