Question about Bodyweight program

Hello Blenders!

I’m looking for advice and others’ experiences with the Bodyweight program. I purchased it a while ago, but never started it. I thought I wanted a break from strength training. (I am almost always following one program or another of HIIT and strength combos) But then I constantly read so much on here about how important strength training is. So I never started it. Now I’ve just been reading in another post about how the Bodyweight program is really difficult and challenging! Which makes me want to do it! But I’m worried that I’ll lose muscle strength and tone if I stop the lifting. Also, on a shallow and vain level- it’s almost summer, and I would really like to come into summer with the “best” version of my body LOL. So I’m afraid to start a program that I’ve never done before, not knowing if it’ll help or hinder that aesthetic goal.

Any thoughts or experiences you’d like to share about the Bodyweight program? I’d really appreciate it!!
