Work outs for an old house/I don’t want to break through the floor.

Good morning!

I’m new here :3 I live in Japan and in the oldest of Japanese wooden houses. When I do exercise I can’t really do most of the HIIT stuff that involves jumping as my entire house shakes and my poor landlady downstairs thinks there is an earthquake.

Advice on which program is best? I’m looking to lose weight while building that muscle using equipment (dumbbells/bands)
