Today I decided to go on with Burn R1, though I substituted a workout for this one:
Its an old one and for me it was quite brutal. I completed only half of it and it felt like a 5/5, so I stopped at the halfway point, admitted defeat and just went to cooldown. :D The cooldown is extremely short, so added couple more stretches to be safe. Im putting it into my faves though, I want to try it sometime again!
Have any of you done this one? What do you think about it?
