Help in finding the next program?

Hi community, I've recently finished FB30 and was wondering if you have suggestions for which program to get next, based on a couple of things:

- I'm trying to lose weight and together with eating healthy and less than before, I liked the daily workout (usually picked a random yoga video for the 7th day after doing the 5 + 1 each week) but I'm not sure I'm fit enough for 50 minute workouts yet

- I'm a fan of higher-calorie workouts, but have to modify a lot of HITT when it includes jumping since one of my knees tend to hurt if I jump too much

- I currently only have two sets of dumbbells, one with 1kg and one with 3kg so focussing on Strength/Mass doesn't really work yet (waiting to save up for Powerblocks) I think, but I do like strength workouts

I'm kind of torn between another FB30, Low Impact and/or Bodyweight, could any of you weigh in whether Low Impact or Bodyweight still have workouts that burn ~300 calories often enough?
