Program with traditional strength training?

Hey everyone,

Lately I have been able to convince my boyfriend to work out with Fb every now and then. He prefers traditional strength training though and doesn't like combo moves or cardio like strength training so much, especially for upper body days.

I know the programs usually include different training styles, but still, which one would have the highest percentage of traditional strength training? Mass or Strong?
