Best for fat loss

Hello,

I took a 2 year hiatus from FB because well.... I was starting to feel like the workouts were redundant and too focused on the legs and traps and less on general total body toning, etc.

Anyway, here I am, Back again. I have purchased, began and never completed multiple programs and never know which one to start.

I like to get the "biggest bang for my buck" since I do no thave a lot of time. The one for busy people is just way too short. I dislike the total workout times often include the warm up and cool downs which is annoying to get done and having only spent like 20 mins in actual workout time so anyway.... I prefer the longer ones for this reason

I want to burn fat and tone up. My arms are way too big and muscular as it is and I want sleek slim toned legs. I do not want to work my shoulders nor do I want thicker thighs. Despite all the talk about women not being able to bulk up, this is not true for me. I seem to have no trouble bulking up. I look at weights and I gain muscle.
