Changing a workout plan

Hey everyone!

I've been using FB for years now and I love it! I've always done HIIT and strength training workouts but over the last few weeks, I've noticed some knee pain and stiffness. I'm scheduled to see a physio soon but in the meantime I don't want to put any more strain on my knees.

I was wondering if you guys could recommend any alternative workout videos cos I don't want to stop working out completely?
