Not fit enough for FB Sweat...

Hi all,

I barely got through to the end and was stiff for the next 4-5 days. I don't think I am fit enough for it. I'm thinking I probably need a 4-week (or two 2-week) program to get me in enough shape to try FB Sweat again. Are there any programs I can try out that can do this for me (i.e. get me in enough shape to try again)?

I guess I need a little introduction since I'm new :) I'm 41 and my recovery powers are far from what they used to be. Too many bad habits over the last two decades lead to 55 pounds over my ideal weight. I managed to shed 30 pounds from the last quarter of 2016 to about the fall of 2017 due mostly to an increase in physical activity before stabilizing at 180. Now that it's getting warm again (er, mostly because I am motivated again), I want to cross that last mile -- the remaining 20 pounds -- so I thought I can will myself through FB Sweat.... but the flesh is weak, so to speak. I crashed and burned, hence this thread.
