Flex + Booty, Fit Round 2, or Abs Round 2?

I'll be finishing Sweat at the end of the week, and I'm unsure which program to choose. I've noticed a lot of change in my arms and legs from Sweat, and I like the ability to do multiple workouts throughout the day.

Would it be possible to break up workouts with Fit? I don't have the time for super long workouts, and the 51 minutes per day seems a little harder to do, but the results seem great.

Flex and Booty are the programs that I'd really like to do, but I'm not sure if that will help my stomach to get flatter. I know that you can't spot reduce, but it's weird that I haven't lost anything from my stomach or back, so I was thinking about using Abs. I like the length of time for all of them.

Which one would you pick? Or how was your experience/results with those programs?
