Good enough finish

I started the new year eager to slay FB30 round 3. It was the 1st program I ever completed (in 2018) and I had great results. Instead, I limped to the finish line. Rather than 5 days a week I did 3-4. I took a couple of breaks, including when I got my first vaccination and felt wiped out and lost motivation for a week. Started Jan 3 and finished April 2. I also skipped the rest day workouts, modified some of the advanced core moves with standing abs, & modified some of the HIIT. Still, I am happy. I am proud. I’m reminding myself that this level helped me maintain physical and mental health, even without any big gains. Sometimes that’s good enough.

As my reward, I finally signed up for FB plus. I’m starting with the two week flex and super excited about all of the new challenges ahead. I would still love to achieve some five day week stretches & see if I can make any gains. Maybe the two week format will be just the thing!
