Feeling strong & capable!!

I usually avoid kettlebell workouts because I don’t have kettlebells and don’t enjoy throwing my dumbbell around, lol. PLUS I always feel as if I’m doing something wrong.

But I’m doing FB Complete and I’m making myself choose whatever workout that day I’ve never done or have done the least.

This was my first time EVER doing this and it was SO great. I worked up a crazy sweat and I felt as if I could really feel my glutes working compared to other workouts I’ve done recently.

I loved it! It’s been a long time since I could say I LOVED a workout. 😊😊😊😊🤗🤗
