Struggled through this one!

Hey all

Happy Friday to all.

So today I had this monster on the schedule;

Ugh. I have to be honest I really, really did not want to do it. I read a really good post the other day about the difference between motivation and discipline. Thanks to whoever posted that because that is exactly what came into my mind today and that's what I drew on to get this done.

I should probably say attempt really, lots of intervals I had to tap out anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds left. Core work is my nemesis I would rather do anything else. But I am working on a program and disciplining myself not to swap out the prescribed workouts, unless they do not suit my knees and I can not modify them.

So I did the best I could, added this one to my 'avoid at all costs tag' (!) and now I am off to steam a whole pile of greens to have with eggs for breakfast. :)
