5 days fat loss program jumpstart

After finishing the Booty + flex combo challenges which for personal reasons took me three weeks to finish, I found myself with days off before the end of March. I decided to try this 5 day program:

Today I finished the second day and I am very excited about this program. The videos are short (the longest is 40 minutes) and at least these first two that I have done are fun and very sweaty !! I love the combination of cardio and strength. I await with a mixture of fear and emotion the brutal HITT tomorrow 😅. A great find❤️
