LB 'sandwich!'

Hello and happy Monday!

Today I curated a nice LB 'sandwich'! I did the warm up from this....

Paused and did just a little shot of HIIT (oldie but goodie not done this one before, it doesn't have the timer and the sound of Daniel saying 5,4,3 etc started to strike fear into my heart! but it is so short it's very doable)

Went back and did the ST and then decided to completely noodle my legs by doing this!;
