Slow and gentle Day 8

Hi everyone!

Today I am back with my own Slow and gentle routine: Day 8. This is the beginning of week 2 of the routine and its starting with an upper body and core active stretching workout with Daniel:

I did this workout as a part of a cooldown after a strength session with Daniel (FB Flex challenge). I suppose for me it is a Daniels day. :D I have to say that my upper body is TOAST after the Flex workout (+ EC). I wonder how Im gonna wash my hair today. Also, the active stretching workout seemed like a 2 to me after the strength session.

Anyway, so far Slow and gentle routine is scheduled as follows:
