This is Day 5 of the Slow and gentle routine, and todays focus is upper body! So, today I have scheduled 2 short upper body stretching routines by Daniel, one newer and one older (I pick the videos I havent done before, feel free to do the same if you would like).
I did these in the morning before I sat down and it made me more aware of my posture, which is good news.
So far these are the only workouts I have scheduled for today, I am thinking of adding some upper body strength workout, or perhaps I will start the Flex challenge. I have yet to make up my mind. Combination of pilates for lower body and Flex challenge sounds quite right for me right now, I dont want to jump to my beloved HIIT just yet.

My question for today is: Do you prefer older (old school) workouts or newer ones? I personally havent done too many of the old school workouts, so I try to incorporate them sometimes to my routine, if I want to try something "new" (well, old, you know).
