Is PFT worth it? Yes. At least for me.

PFT 2/24 FB Bodyweight

Mile run- 11 min

Push ups- 20 half

Squats- 25

Plank- 52

Reach- 4in

Waist-37 in

Weight- 176

PFT 3/23 FB Bodyweight

Mile run- 9 min 30 sec

Push ups- 26 half

Squats- 40

Plank-2 min 5 sec

Reach- 7 in

Waist- 35.5 in

Weight- 169

Its crazy to me how much my body has changed in 4 weeks. I became a mom 4 years ago and again 2 years ago and I really let myself go. I have been a stay at home mom so I didn’t do a ton of movement. I discovered Fitness Blender 2 years ago but never did to much just free videos on YouTube like 5 times. I am so happy I purchased a program now! I will keep this up bc I feel the best I’ve felt I years. This year I promised myself to take care of me too instead of just everyone else. These PFT results proved to me what I knew in my heart and I’m so happy right now! Onto my next program!
