Day 3 of Slow and gentle routine is a total body static stretching workout, which is a part of the free 3 day flexibility challenge!
This video served me as an extra cooldown after one of my favourite low impact cardio workout. I felt like I could handle a little bit more than stretching, so I went for it and it feels fantastic! Some of the cooldown stretches were same as the following video but I did them anyway.
