Complete + Fundamentals

I just started my day 1 of Complete today, after finishing Fit2! Fit2 was brutal. I was looking through Complete daily workouts and thinking, even the hard option doesn’t seem that bad! I’ve been looking forward to doing something less time consuming on week days, but I guess Fit2 has trained my brain.. I just added the 2 weeks FB Fundamentals to my calendar, now I think I’ll add that on a day when I have 20min extra time. I’ve been looking through it and appreciate the design of this program in helping me do better with my postures and flexibility. Love and thanks to FB as always!
