Lighter upper body workouts?

Morning all,

Hope you’re well....

So, I’m making myself have a “lighter” recovery week at the beginning of April. I want to keep moving but drop the intensity a bit.

I’ve added in 2 lower body Pilates workouts and i’m confident I can find something for core day but I’m struggling to find any upper body workouts (around 40-45 mins) that fits the bill....I struggle to have recovery weeks and drop my intensity. I want a week of moving and feeling like I’m working but not just stretching.....

Has anyone got any suggestions please for upper body??
