Broken Wrist

Hi,

I broke my wrist and it had to be fixed by using a plate and a few screws. It's currently in a cast.

But my doctor cleared me for "low impact" workouts without using the injured hand. So only lower body and core workouts.

I can use the search function for lower/core body workouts, but often enough you have to carry dumbells or doing planks, which is not possible, etc.

Maybe somebody has any good video suggestions for me? :)
