Where do I go from here?

I just finished the Low Impact workout program on Sunday, and I'm not sure what to do next. I've never managed to stick to exercising for more than a month at a time, so I'm definitely still a beginner. Which program would be a good one to do next? I'm willing to challenge myself, but I don't want to try something that is too far beyond what I can do right now. Getting overwhelmed or discouraged is the last thing I need to do, because then I won't be very likely to continue (I've followed that pattern too many times). Would it be best to go through the Low Impact program again to build up my endurance and then try something else? I had decided to give myself a couple of days to rest, and then I got a very unpleasant stomach bug, so I'm still recovering from that. I want to start something soon, though, so I don't lose what progress I've made. Thank you in advance!!
